CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

2. Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

FULL REFUNDS:
