In case an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement, delay, or refund.

All prices listed on our website are in EURO(€) and include VAT as required by Portuguese law. Shipping costs, customs duties, or other fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout and must be paid by the customer.

We ship within Portugal and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

6.2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or public holidays. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

6.3. Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the price or shipping costs.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)

Under Portuguese law (DL n.º 24/2014, de 14 de fevereiro) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at info@dropout-apparel.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the order. Once your request is confirmed, you must return the product within 14 days at your own expense unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
