Sizes
Please note that our Dropout sizes are based on the European system. If you are used to American sizes, we recommend that you choose a size above the one you usually wear.
You can also see the sizes of our models on our Size Guide page. If you still have doubts make sure to contact us via email info@dropout-apparel.com and we will be happy to help.
What payment method do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Portugal Bank Holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
CTT Standard delivery to the Portugal is 4-6 business days.
CTT Express delivery to the Portugal is 1-2 business days.
CTT Standard delivery to the Madeira and Azores islands is 4-6 business days
CTT Standard delivery to European countries is 4-7 business days.
CTT Standard delivery to the rest of the world countries is 10-14 business days.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. To track your order, simply enter the tracking number here. You will then be able to see the latest updates on the location of your order and the expected delivery time.
Standard delivery at home
We offer standard home delivery for all orders placed through our store. Delivery times typically range between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

International shipments
Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination and customs processing, typically ranging from 10 to 14 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may differ depending on your location.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be applied by your country’s customs department, and you will be responsible for any such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its journey.

Why haven’t I received the confirmation email?
Oh no! If you haven’t received your confirmation email, don’t worry – let’s figure this out together. First, check your spam or junk folder just in case it got lost there. I didn’t receive my order, what happened?
We know how exciting it is to wait for your DROP, and we're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet! There may be a slight delay due to shipping times or problems with the carrier. Just put in this link to the code we emailed you for your order and check the latest updates. If things still seem off, drop us a message at info@dropout-apparel.com , and we’ll dive in to resolve it for you. We’re here to help!
Can I cancel my order?
Do you like making mistakes in your life? This is going to be one of them, think about it. If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at info@dropout-apparel.com. We'll do our best to cancel it before it's shipped. If it's already on its way, don't stress - you can always return it when it arrives. We're here to make it easy for you!
Can I amend something on my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any details or addresses on orders once this has been processed at our fulfillment centre.
Refounds
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to love every piece from DROP! If for any reason it’s not a perfect match, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. For more details, check out our full refund and returns policy.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
We hope you love your DROP gear, but if you need to return something, no worries – we're here to help! All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Just reach out to us at info@dropout-apparel.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we’ll process the return and keep you updated every step of the way!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we’ve received and processed your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds usually take between 7 to 14 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank. We’ll make sure you’re kept in the loop until your refund lands back with you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
Tracking your return is easy! Once you’ve shipped the package with the carrier of your choice, they’ll provide you with a tracking code. You can use that code on the carrier’s website to follow your return on its journey back to us. If you need any help along the way, just reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

HOW DO I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
We’re thrilled to have DROP fans worldwide! If you need to return an international order, simply contact us at info@dropout-apparel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you’ll need to choose a carrier for the return. Once the carrier provides you with a tracking code, you can follow your return's progress using their website and also send our team the code at info@dropout-apparel.com .
